1. When performing intimate procedures, note that the inner 2/3 of the vagina can use higher energy. It is recommended to set the parameters at (maximum power, point dwell time 2.0 ms, point spacing 0.4 mm, number of passes 8) for this area. For the outer 1/3 of the vagina, high energy should be avoided as it may cause discomfort; it is recommended to use (maximum power, point dwell time 0.6 ms, point spacing 0.4 mm, number of passes 8) for this area. The inner part of the vagina has no pain sensitivity, while the outer 1/3 has pain sensitivvity. This parameter is a general parameter. If want precise parameters, please refer to 2.

2. Operational recommendations: Start from deep within the vagina and work outward. At the deepest point, it is recommended to first operate with (maximum power, point dwell time 2.0 ms, point spacing 0.4 mm, 2 passes). Then, inquire about the client’s pain level; a tolerable warm sensation is optimal. If it’s too painful, reduce the dwell time. If there is no warm sensation, increase the dwell time until the appropriate energy level is found. This operation is aimed at determining the optimal energy level for different clients.

3. After finding the optimal energy level, if using a 360°conical treatment head, start from deep within the vagina and work outward. After each shot, retract by 5 mm on the scale. When reaching the outer 1/3 of the vagina, reduce the energy to about 1/4 of the optimal energy level (dwell time) and continue the operation until completed. After one complete vaginal procedure, change the angle of the instrument and the intimate support tube, deviating 90° from the previous position, and perform the operation again to finish.

4. After finding the optimal energy, if using the 90° elliptical treatment head, the elliptical reflective surface should be either perpendicular or parallel to the handpiece, and the adjustment ring should be fastened securely. On the interface, select the square shape. Start from deep inside the vagina and work outward. For each depth, perform six shots: at the original angle, 60°clockwise, 120° clockwise, 60° counterclockwise, 120 ° counterclockwise, and 180°counterclockwise. After each depth, retract by 10mm, and when reaching the outer 1/3 of the vagina, reduce the energy to about one-fourth of the optimal energy (point dwell time). Continue the operation until finished. Only one complete operation is needed; no need to do it twice like a 360 °
treatment head.
